What is Resurgence?
Resurgence is a multi-day conference presented by The Gathering Place in DC, created to bring people together for worship, the Word, community, music, movement, and meaningful encounters with God. From nightly services to fitness experiences and a concert, Resurgence is designed to inspire renewal, connection, and spiritual activation.
What time should I arrive, and what is the conference schedule?
The afternoon session starts at 4 pm, and doors open at 3:30 pm.
The evening session starts at 7 pm, and doors open at 6:15 pm
Is the Book Boutique open during evening services?
No, unfortunately, the only opportunity to visit the Book Boutique will be immediately following our afternoon sessions.
Do I need to register for Resurgence?
Yes. Registration is recommended for the conference. Use the registration section on this website to secure your ticket
Where is the conference being held, and what should I know about parking?
Resurgence 2026 will be held at The Gathering Place DC, located at 4703 Marlboro Pike, Capitol Heights, MD 20743.
Parking information and any event-specific parking instructions will be provided to attendees as details are finalized. We recommend arriving early, especially for evening services and larger events, to allow enough time to park and get settled before the experience begins.
What days will the Book Boutique be open?
Only on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
How much does registration cost?
Registration is FREE.
What exactly is the Book Boutique?
The Resurgence Book Boutique is a curated experience where attendees can discover new books, meet incredible authors, such as our pastors, guest speakers, and more, purchase their work, and have their books personally signed—all during Resurgence!
Is there a Vendor Fee?
